Insurance & Fees

SST LLC accepts numerous insurances as well as private pay for individual, family and group sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to understand all fees and coverage by insurance associated with appointments.

All copays are due at the time of the session.

A $25.00 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.

Cancellations

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $35.00 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. Without proper notice we cannot give your time to another client who may need it. We strive to keep our services affordable and to take many insurance plans. We are not able to charge insurance for cancelled sessions.

The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 45 minutes. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
