Adolescent DBT Skills Group – Weekly

A weekly group offered for adolescents who are 13 to 18 years of age (attending grades 8 to 12) and who are in need of coping skills training. The group offers DBT for adolescents by developing alternative skills to manage emotions and for tolerate distress. The group helps adolescents effectively manage their emotional experiences and eliminate self-destructive behaviors. It also provides a structured environment for adolescents to learn new skills and incorporates the coaching of new skills in a safe group setting.

Adult DBT Skills Group – Weekly

This weekly  DBT Group is intended to help adults, who 18 years or older, to  practice mindfulness, increase assertive communication skills, strengthen emotion regulation, and learn new distress tolerance skills to help manage emotions more effectively  across all areas in one’s life.  The group is an interactive and supportive environment for adults to get additional support.

Women’s Wellness Group – Weekly

Empowering women with the support of other woman is the focus of this group. Structured topics and coaching strategies to help improve your life with new ideas and techniques to manage the many struggles woman face in their daily lives as a parent, partner or professional.

Synergy Solutions Today LLC (“SST LLC”) PRIME

Positivity + Resilience + Interactive + Meaningful + Empowering

SST LLC is offering an exclusive therapeutic after school program called SST PRIME for adolescents who need added support emotionally and socially due to ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood instability, etc. SST PRIME will offer eight (8) week sessions that are limited to six (6) clients per session so as to provide the most benefit and individual attention.
